Cars kept on that kind of terrain pick up glass damage in ways flatter towns never see, from stone washed down a hill street to a branch that came off during a storm and found a rear window.

It is about fifteen minutes and it is all surface street, which is preferable with a compromised windshield. The Saw Mill is quicker when it is moving but not the road for damaged glass. The shop has space to leave the car, and we open at 8:30 on weekdays. If the drive is not sensible, book the van and we will come up the hill with the glass instead.
